Welcome to DAD DMC. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by service providers.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Prices quoted are indicative and may change until the booking is confirmed.
  • Any special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to prevailing taxes, fees, and supplier charges.
  • Currency conversion is based on the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without prior notice.

3. Service Fees

  • Service and handling fees, if applicable, are included in the total package cost.
  • All service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • DAD DMC shall not be responsible for denial of entry or boarding due to invalid documentation.
  • Guests must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during travel.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Changes requested after booking confirmation may incur modification fees.
  • Once travel has commenced, no changes can be guaranteed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policies.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier terms.
  • No refunds shall be granted for unused services or no-shows.

7. Tours, Transfers & Sightseeing

  • Tour schedules and itineraries are subject to change due to operational requirements.
  • Guests must adhere to pickup timings to avoid being marked as no-show.
  • Private transfers are point-to-point only and not on disposal unless specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DAD DMC acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
  • We shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

  • DAD DMC shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of rohtak district court. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Amendments

DAD DMC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
