This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a booking made with DAD DMC may be cancelled. Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.

1. General Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official support channels.
Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.
The date on which the cancellation request is received will be treated as the official cancellation date.
Cancellations are subject to approval by hotels, airlines, transporters, and service providers.

2. Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the travel start date:

30 Days	25% of total package cost
15 Days	50% of total package cost
7 Days	75% of total package cost
Less than 7 Days / No-Show	100% cancellation charges (No refund)

3. Non-Refundable Components

Service fees, convenience fees, and booking charges.
Confirmed hotel bookings, air tickets, cruise bookings, and special event tickets.
Peak season or promotional packages marked as non-refundable.
Any third-party supplier charges already incurred.

4. No-Show & Early Departure

No refund will be provided for no-shows at hotels, tours, or transfers.
Unused services due to late arrival or early departure are non-refundable.
Failure to report at the designated pickup point will be treated as a no-show.

5. Changes After Trip Commencement

Once the trip has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
Any changes requested during the trip will be subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

DAD DMC shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, adverse weather, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or political unrest.
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be governed by supplier policies.

7. Final Authority

DAD DMC reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of India.
