Refund Policy

Clear, transparent & customer-friendly refund guidelines by DAD DMC

At DAD DMC, we aim to provide seamless travel experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before confirming any booking.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All package prices are calculated based on current market rates, taxes, and supplier charges.
  • Currency conversion is calculated using prevailing exchange rates at the time of payment.
  • Rates and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • Any verbal or written quotation shared earlier may change unless officially confirmed.

2. Service Fee Policy

  • A mandatory service fee is applicable on all bookings:
    • ₹2000 per Adult
    • ₹1000 per Child
  • This service fee is included in the total package cost.
  • The service fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Advance Payment & Confirmation

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to the travel date.
  • Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after receiving confirmation from hotels, transporters, and service providers.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, partial or full refunds depend on supplier cancellation rules.
  • Any refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, and bank charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Confirmed bookings once services are reserved.
  • No-show at hotels, tours, or transfers.
  • Unused services or early departure.
  • Force majeure situations such as weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
  • Any changes requested after the trip has commenced.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Final Authority

DAD DMC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of India.
