Tiger Park Terms & Conditions
- Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
- Children under 15 years old and adults with a height of less than 160 cm can only play Smallest and Newborn. Children under 13 years old must have at least 1 parent buy a ticket.
- 16-17-year-olds who are 160 cm tall or more can play Small, Smallest, and Newborn.
- 18 years old and 160 cm tall or more can play all packages.
- For newborn bookings, please enquire before booking because some periods do not have this package.
- Disabled people/customers who use wheelchairs or canes will not be able to play with the tigers.
Photo Taking with Tigers
- Newborn Tiger (1-2 Months Old)—Newborn tigers may be available only during the breeding season.
- Smallest Tiger (2-6 Months Old)
- Small Tiger (6-12 Months Old)—To interact with the tiger, participants must be at least 16 years old and 160 centimeters tall.
- Medium Tiger (1-2 Years Old)—To interact with the tiger, participants must be at least 18 years old and 160 centimeters tall.
- Big Tiger (2-5 Years Old)—To interact with the tiger, participants must be at least 18 years old and 160 centimeters tall.
- Golden Tabby Tiger – To interact with the tiger, participants must be at least 18 years old and 160 centimeters tall.
Term and Conditions
- Ticket is to be used 1 time according to the date, time, and number mentioned on the ticket.
- It is able to postpone 1 time without charge and it must be informed at least 3 working day prior to the service date mentioned in the voucher.
- Ticket can be canceled at least 48 hours in advance with a fee.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In such case, customers can either reschedule or request a full refund.
- Ticket is non-refundable incase of inclement weather, late arrival or no show, not using some part or all of the services included in the ticket price, mistake caused during booking or payment by customer.
- Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
- There is no additional charge for any further change in the service date.
